The process is easy!

1. Grab a CMBA friend (or two) you want to spend time with swapping law-related stories. 
2. Using the calendar below, schedule a time that works for you and your Bar Buddy (or Buddies).
3. Arrive at the CMBA at your scheduled time prepared to have a great conversation!
4. Listen to your BarStory … and the stories of your CMBA member friends!

It really is as simple as that! Our Bar Team will handle all of the recording logistics inside our Studio at the Bar.  The CMBA has developed some suggested questions to help you frame the telling of your BarStory. Questions like:

• • Why did you decide to go into law? Were there obstacles to getting started? Were you the first in your family? 
  • What do you know now that you wish you had known when you first started your career? 
  • Who has most influenced your career?  
  • What career accomplishment makes you most proud? 
  • Have you encountered career challenges or obstacles? How did you navigate them? 
  • How have you leveraged the CMBA for your professional, social or leadership development? 
  • What are the most significant changes that have happened to the practice of law during your career?
